Did you realize that the tactics of Satan have not changed since the garden with Adam and Eve? The whispers you hear from the enemy are not much of an issue compared to you agreeing with those whispers. Satan can whisper all He wants. It’s a problem when you take the bait that Satan laid out for you. You taking the bait is coming into agreement and alignment with what the enemy says. This is how a hole in your armor is made. Be careful of what you come into agreement and alignment with.
This is exactly what happened back in the garden with Eve and then Adam. The enemy’s tactics have not changed. Learn from this experience. Go back and read about it and ask God to open your understanding and how it applies to you. Be alert & guard your heart, mind, will and emotions. Command these areas to submit to the control of the living God’s spirit in Jesus name!
The Secret Place
Following Jesus is not a religion but a relationship. Relationships are meant to be maintained by consistently being worked on so it will grow deeper. If you don’t spend time in a relationship, then how will you get to know the other person?
If you spend time with God by praying, worshipping, and reading the Bible daily, then you will get to know Him more. This is how you get to know well who your Heavenly Father is. The more you consistently stay on top of these positive daily habits, the quicker you will be able to recognize what is and isn’t of the enemy. You see, the enemy likes to mimic the things of God. It can look like it is God, yet there will be something off about it. Now, if you KNOW your Heavenly Father, you will identify it much quicker.
The reason why your time to spend with God is attacked is because Satan always wants to steal new and fresh revelations from reaching you. He works hard to try and prevent you from praying, worshipping, and reading the Bible. Satan is well aware of what you will get out of it. He knows that the more you gain revelations from God, the stronger you will become. The enemy is a sore loser but is always desperate to work overtime just to get the possible chance to not be able to let go of you. So work harder to deepen your relationship with Christ and be free from the traps the enemy sets up against you. Stay in that secret place!
Do not allow the demonic whispers and chatters to throw you off your path with God. In order to get to know who God is, it is imperative that you spend time with Him! Build that relationship in the secret place and do not allow Satan to steal, kill and destroy your time focus, strength, purpose, destiny, family etc.
What To Do
If you hear those whispers, remember that you are the one that has authority through the power of Christ to silence those voices and command it all to leave in Jesus’ name. During the times of intense whispers, don’t hesitate to have someone pray with you in agreement. Get into a habit of asking yourself, “but what did God say to me about this?” Do NOT allow the enemy to play the garden game with your mind that says, “but did God really say that?” Know who your God is.
Pay attention and be diligent. Use your sword, which is the written word of God, by speaking out scriptures to cut off the lies and tactics of the enemy. Remember who you are and who you belong to.
