It is important to always stay focused on thankfulness no matter what you are facing. Don’t get too caught up in always praying protection from evil things. I am not saying don’t pray for those things but rather have a balance in prayer. Praying, praising, and being humbly positioned daily in gratitude can shift the atmosphere in itself.
Gratitude prayer:
O Sovereign living God, I thank you for the opportunity to lift your name on high. I thank you for everything you have done, are doing, and will be doing in and through my life. Thank you for always meeting my needs. Thank you for divine health, healing and wholeness. Thank you for provisions of all sorts. Thank you that before I even get there, you’re already ahead of me prepared. Thank you for my family, marriage, and other relationships in my life that are from you. Thank you for all the testimonies in my life of your goodness.
You are my Jehovah Jireh, my provider, Jehovah Nissi, my victory and banner, Jehovah Rapha, my healer, Elohim, The Great I AM, Yahweh! Thank you Jesus that you embraced the process of the cross with joy for the joy set before you. Thank you for giving me an example to follow. Thank you Jesus that I have victory over everything, healing, grace, mercy and so much more because of what you did. Thank you that you O Lord are a shield around me, my glory and the lifter of my head (Psalm 3:3).
Thank you for this day and everything in it and thank you for every opportunity you present for me to become more and more like you. I lift up and praise your Holy name!
