Praying for your Child/Children

Dear Lord,

I lift up all of my children to you.  Touch them and bless them mightily.  I release them to you at the foot of the cross where grace suffering meet.  I cover them under the living blood of Jesus.  I give their lives to you and ask you to take full control.  Please give me and my husband the clarity, strategy, and wisdom for raising them up in the way that they should go. (Proverbs 22:6)

Jesus help us to see our children through your eyes and not our own.  Help us to step back and see what you have given us rather than us trying to change who you created them to already be.   Align us with Heaven in every way.  Your will, and your will alone, be done in the lives of our children.  I command that their will, soul, and emotions will submit to the Holy Spirit that dwells within them.  I command their paths align with the one you already planned for them before they were in the womb.

I pray for a constant hedge of protection around all of my children.  I pray for any fiery darts of the evil one through any person, place, or thing that can come against them to cause harm or injury will broken in the name and blood of Jesus Christ!  I speak Psalm 91, Psalm 23, Psalm 27 over each one of my children.  I thank your for each one of their assigned angels and those angel will do as you command.  I pray your angels will always go ahead of them to every place for safety and protection.

If  me or my husband have done anything wrong in your eyes through thoughts, speech, and emotions, I repent, renounce its ungodly connections and ask you for forgiveness.

O Sovereign living God, help my husband and I be the parents you have created us to be.  I call forth your love to flow through us to our children.  I cover our relationship with our children with the blood of Jesus Christ and ask you to release the oil of gladness over it!  I come against any knowledge that exalts itself up above your knowledge and I decree and declare them broken over our children in Jesus name!  I command all their thoughts to come captive to the obedience of Christ!  (2 Corinthians 10:5)

No matter what any situation looks like, I give you all the praise, honor, and glory!  Thank you for intercepting our daily situations and circumstances with our children.  You are faithful O God!

Everything I have asked, I have asked in your name and believe it fully received.  In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
