The lifestyle of today is so different than it was even in the 80’s or 90’s; as well as before that. Today the lifestyle seems to be so much more busy. It doesn’t help that we now have cell phones to distract us if we are not disciplined in our time and usage. We get easily distracted with the technology that we forget how much time passes by while you do the “scroll of doom” on your phones and other devices.
